I blocked my SIM card and can not unlock it now! :(! tried several options, still can not find the right one. Tried to unlock SIM card using laptop, but still nothing.

This means that you or someone has tried to input an incorrect code several times. This locks your sim card from further use. You need what is referred to a PUK code to unlock your card, and this is obtained freely by calling your carrier.
you can try calling tracfone directly. Normally when u see the error "sim card locked" it means that you or someone else has tried to use a password on the phone to use it. Then the limit of # of tries was exceeded, the phone for saftey reasons auto maticaly locks up your sim card, so no one can use it to make calls on your phone.
They will give you several options, but more then liekly they will be sending you a new sim card.
