Visit the Sandisk website and visit their "Support" pages. Search for your model of USB drive and look for driver downloads.

SOURCE: I have a SanDisk Cruzer

Take a router (wired or wireless), and use Ethernet cables to connect the two computers to the router.
Configure the old computer into the same "workgroup" as the new computer (and restart it).
Right-mouse-click on the folder containing the files to be transferred.
Click to enable "sharing" of that folder.
On the new computer, browse the "Network Neighbourhood".
It may take a few minutes for the new computer to "find" the old computer (working through the router).
Access the folder that you "shared".
Copy the files, over your private network, to the new computer.

My Sansa Clip doesn't seem to be working. I plug it into a USB on my desktop to charge it and it turns on but eventually doesn't work. could the driver somehow been corrupted? Is there a free download I...

It is a possibility that the usb driver is corrupt. Try to plug in another usb device like a flash stick and check if it gets detected. If it does get detected goto the next step which to reinstall the Sansa Clip driver software from the following link selecting the proper detail.

My cruzer usb is locked and I could not copy a file to this usb please help me to unlock it thanks

There should be software that comes with it that allows you to change the type of drive it is. It may be in a mode that makes it like an MP3 player and will not allow you to write data to it. Here's the link to download the software driver for it. This should allow you to change the drive type
