I too had one of those Sharp brand atomic clocks. They are notorious for bad remote temp. sensors.
Don't waste your time. Send the clock to landfill heaven and buy a different brand.
There isn't any converter available. The technology used for caller ID is different and the telephone was made for US use. There's no way to change the telephone to make it compatible. You will need to either get a new telephone made for your country, or find an external caller ID display unit.
Hi, you can get the serial number by searching one of the various papers that accompanied the Garmin Nuvi when you bought it. In the box, somewhere, is a yellow sheet. If you look at the bottom of the sheet, you will find serial number as well as registration code in small black letter at the bottom of the page. But should in case you did not get the Garmin Nuvi brand new (maybe fairly used), then you have to contact the person you got it from to get the serial number because without it you cannot complete your registration.
Here is Garmin technical support telephone number and fax
1-800-800-1020 or 913-397-8200 (Telephone number) 913-397-8282 (Fax)
Pick up the handset, and dial '0', to connect to the Telephone Services & Information Technology department where you work. Ask them for instructions.
Or, dial "0", and ask to be connected to Human Resources department where you were just hired, and ask them how to submit your resignation, since they obviously don't care enough for their newly-hired employees to give them any "welcome to our company" familiarization training.
no change is needed for incoming faxes (it your new number) and the person (s) on the outgoing side will see the new number also....so just connect it correctly and happy faxing
