Are you using the same charger for all of the batteries? If so, you might want to try another charger. I had a charger for my batteries (I have a D7000) that turned out to be bad. It would show it charging and then having charged them, but they were still dead.
If that's not the case, check the contacts inside the camera, that they are clean and free of debris. Those little gold contacts needs to match up nice and solidly.

Plug in the printer power cord into electricity to charge the battery.The battery might need charging if the On light flashes green it indicates that the battery is charging.
Switch ON the printer, the battery charging icon (lightning bolt icon) flashes above the battery icon on the printer screen to indicate that the battery is charging.
If the battery is charged and the printer does not turn on with the battery power, unplug the printer power cord, if it is plugged in. Open the battery compartment and remove the battery. Wait for about 10 seconds, and then reinstall the battery.
An empty battery should fully charge in approximately four hours when the printer is not in use. If the battery still does not charge in 4 hours,you should replace it

If your device's battery has empty, you need 3 hrs to charge to full.
If you want to check battery level during devive plug into pc: (set up MTP or Auto mode) open My Computer, right click on icon of the device, select Properties, it shows you batteries level
