While printing documents in Hp LaserJet 1020, along with the documents, another page with the details of the document is also being printed at the end. How do i solve this problem?? Please help me..

What programs does this happen from?

Microsoft office... ect.. Try printing from a different program, and let us know if the extra page of details prints or if it is just one program

Hello, I think its a settings somewhere. Does it come from every program when you print? try to print from different programs.

you shuld disable the " print the event log " in your driver in control panel

1: try another toner cartridge (or possibly pull the seal from the side of the cartridge you have just installed)

2: If it's not the cartridge causing the problem take it back - it has 1 year warranty.

go in contact with HP help and customer support....or read ur instruction booklet under trouble.shooting aand help......

in my printer the resistor R348 on the motherboard printer was broken. The value that must have is 10 ohms. I have changed and the printer has resumed work.
