sounds like its more to do with the memory, there is system memory this is the one with the log, this memory only covers basic stuff ie turn on parts and log, then there is working memory that controls your settings and the pre installed setting, it could be that the settings have gotten mixed up, and it might just need a full reset in menu you should find return to factory settings, it should revert back to new and be ok after this has been set. hue sounds like its setting its self and reset should stop[ this on reboot.
