I just got a new android tablet I was told it was one of the first tablets that came out with the keyboard before the first nook n so on. the model on my tablet says 4G then NASD 2011121400 I can't find instructions on it. But Ireset it and now no how many times I touch the calibration it won't calibrate and come off this page. How can I get past the calibration stage. It won't even go to the menu stage help??

In order for you to reset the Tablet, you can follow the traditional reset of an Android device for this model. 1. Turn off the tablet 2. Press and hold power then the volume down. 3. Once you have an Android logo, release or let go of the buttons. 4. To select, use volume up and to navigate use volume down. Select Wipe Data/factory reset 5. Select reboot to restart the tablet. Once the tablet is up, all data are deleted and start downloading them manually and update.

i think you will have to do a hard reset to sort this out.
Just tap the Power button to select Reboot System Now.
  1. Make sure tablet is powered off.
  2. Hold down Volume + button and Power button at same time.
  3. When screen comes on let go of Power button.
  4. When the large Android shows on screen let go of Volume + button.
  5. Use Volume - button to scroll to Wipe Data/ Factory Reset.

I forgot password on my RCA tablet. How can i reset it? I need a hard reset, how do I do that?
While it's turned off you hold the volume up and power buttons. Then when the android appears release the buttons. Hold the power button and press volume up. Navigate with the volume keys and select factory data reset. Hopefully this isn't the method you'd already tried.

If it's an android device...
1. Enter wrong pattern 5 times and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Select "Forgot pattern" and enter your email account username and password.
3. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the device and double check the password by logging in to that email account in a browser.
4. If you don't have access to the original email account, you will need to do a hard reset and loose your settings and apps on the devcice. The data on the memory card will not be wiped though.
Note: if you can't remember your email password, you will have to visit the email service support page to get it reset.
