How do I realine the red blue and green on my tv

I had the problem with my rca looking like it was in 3d. anyways, I read this post and ordered the part ($3.79). did the soldering and TV works perfect now. Txs so much for the info on how to fix the problem. I was so worried it was going to cost a ton to have someone repair the TV. Much appreciated!

YOu have convergence issues. Ok first question. IN your setup menu do you have the convergence option/ if you DO not then it can be a specail fusable link. fl231 if you do. next question do the picture bow in at the middle. if you do then it possibly a convergence power supply issue. next if you go into setup convergence does the crosshairs adjust up or down left to right on both blue and red. I if so then theres is a chance that it can be a convergence adjusment or a amplifer problem AS always THIS SET CAN GENERATE LEATHAL 380 VOLTS EVEN WITH SET UPLUGED SO BE CAREFULL.

This is called convergence board failure. try to re calibrate the convergence. if the re calibration fails, this means your convergence board will need to be replaced or, rebuilt.

Do you have the convergence option in the customer setup menu? IF YOU DO NOT consult the tips and tricks section of this website for the article ' "The fl231 fuse problem" If you do then it will need some more trouble shooting

sounds like you have a convergence problem my friend, if you are handy you can Google a kit with all the parts for your set and save hundreds of bucks!!!!
