Bad on off power button on RCA tablet ,can it be replaced?

unlock a RCA tablet hold down power button and the volume down button till no command screen then press home button 5 times till the android man comes up with writing go down to the with the volume down button highlight wipe data press power button to ok it then go down and highlight yes go down to yes with the volume button press power button ok white all the writing back on go to reboot press power button to rest your tablet

well, i don't know what model tablet you use.
but generally you can do hard reset by this way:

1. off the tablet
2. with tablet is off, press and hold volume + (up) button and power button. release both of button when you see boot screen.
3. use volume up/down to scroll the menu, scroll to highlight "Wipe Data/Factory Reset".
4. press power button to select
5. scroll to highlight "Yes -- delete all user data" and press power button to confirm and wait until done
6. select reboot now when finish
