You can't get a replacement part yourself, the only fix is to return the binoculars to Bushnell for repair.
If you're in the USA or Canada then your binoculars will be covered by
Bushnell's Limited Lifetime Warranty; this applies only to the original purchaser and excludes misuse or any evidence of unauthorised repair attempts. If the warranty does not apply then you will still need to send the product back to Bushnell for a
repair estimate.
If you are outside north America, then warranties and repair processes may be different and you'll need to contact the Bushnell office for your part of the world.
Note that as your binoculars are relatively cheap and can be
purchased new for US $123.39 it may be better to sell yours on an auction site for spare parts and purchase a new pair. If you were not the original purchaser you then get the benefit of not only a brand new pair of binoculars, but the Limited Lifetime Warranty would also give you future protection.
