SOURCE: Top drawer Fisher & Paykel Dishdrawer no lights lcd

Your original problem, F4, was the machine trying to tell you that the heater plate was not working. When you turned the drawer up-side down, you may have damaged the wiring harness. If you do get a technician, call a fisher paykel authorized servicer, not an independent, and make sure you tell him about the F4 problem. A new problem has been introduced by the cleaning procedure, and both issues will need to be resolved.

Fisher and Paykel twin dishdrawer

there is water in the base setting off the flood sensor, you will need to remove the bottom draw and dry the water up with a towel (make sure the power is off and unplug it from the power point) then you will need to do a bit of testing to locate the cause of the leak, if your lucky the leak was caused by incorrect dish stacking or something too big in the draw

Soap residue left on glasses after the wash is complete

A good quality rinse aid and forget economy mode its a waste . Also leave the dishwasher drying until it stops , it can be hard to hear but the LCD will still be on . also most plastics will be left with a soapy looking stain permanently .How much powder and use a goog quality one. another common problem is the soap dispenser being left open or coming open during the cycle.
check the drain hoses and the inlet tap is turned on enough

Need to remove front drawer panel

There are two plastic bolts on each side of the dishwasher drawer holding the front cover. Get a plier to pull these out but make sure the cover is supported so that it does not fall down.

see installation manual page 7. The location of the plastic screws is shown in insert diagram of notation 6. This is for a later model but yours should be similar.
Hope this helps. Wonder why you want to remove the front cover?
