Hello, Go to my computer and click on the dvd drive usually d: and should open up the pics and you can click on each other and view. If not then you have the wrong type of cd for your player.

Could you try to set your channel to 2,3, or 5 when viewing video from dvd. Or try search which channel will the video and audio will sync in tune. I think this is an old tv.
