SOURCE: WHAT IS A CA CODE ON A SHARP MX-2700N
Believe it or not, it means "Check All". It's kind of like a Check Engine light in a car. Typically it is caused by a door not being closed completely. On your model, the most likely culprit is the door on the right side of the machine that slides out on rails. Open it, make sure there are no obstructions, and slam it shut. These machines are notorious for the right side door becoming slightly warped, and they don't recognize that the door is shut if you try to gently close it. Don't try to knock the machine off of it's stand when you close it, but do it quickly and with a bit of purpose.

SOURCE: About white dots is every single color in SHARP
Have you cleaned the optic's???? Also, I would check the fixingr unit and also have you changed the developers???? Do the white dots show up in all the colors in the same spot? Make single color copies to see that. If it only show in one or two colors then that is where the problem is... Good Luck
