Why have you two routers connected to the same network?
1. TL-MR3020 Portable Wireless N Router
2. Three ZTE MF730M dongle (router).

Remotely would imply a different building or location. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Do you mean hook it up in one room and record and watch shows in another? Or over the internet? Give more info.

Have you set the TP Link TL-WA901ND IP to have 192.168.1.1 as the default gateway ?

Only have one Router running DHCP and set the default gateway in the leases as 192.168.1.1.
What subnet mask are you using is it the same through out all devices ?

With those manufacturer and model that you provided I will go with Dlink wireless N router, since they are one of the leader in networking devices and personally i have used there router and it worked fine and with great stability...
