Drive belt and or drive motor is gonzo.

The tumbler is belt-driven so it could be a broken or slipped belt. It isn't hard to replace the belt itself but sometimes getting to it can be a real pain. Search online for service manual or diagrams if you want to attempt it yourself.

Do you have a wiring diagram for the heating element for a kenmore oasis dryer

Between the two sites, you should be able to determine what the center bearing and seal setup is.

The F44 error code on this type of dryer indicates a blower motor control board failure. Since it happens only occasionally, then you could have a loose wiring connection or a partial obstruction in the blower housing. I recommend that you unplug the dryer and check the wire harness connections if you are confident that you can safely access the internal dryer components. If you find a loose connection, then tightening it or plugging the harness securely into the connection will likely correct this problem.
