My HP printer was printer was printing normal size, but now my e-mails are so tiny, I can't read them. It just happened one day. I was sent an e-mail and a picture and the picture came out 2x4 and is not clear and I couldn't read the e-mail. Can you help?
I cannot get the ink tray to work right , it will take off real fast or get stuck - can you help me with this ?
Go to the control panel and choose printers and faxes or printers, depending on your operating system. Then highlight (select) the printer you are using, and right click on it with your mouse, and you should have an option to choose printing preferences or properties. Somewhere in here, depending on your printer, possibly in the advanced settings, you will have the option to set the scaling or adjust the size of the printed page. Something like 'fit to page' or '100%' Try this and if available, set the option as the default printing preference. You can click on the help ? in the upper right corner for instructions.
Somehow it got changed.
Also see your printer product support home page here and a manual available for download to your computer here.
Finally, you know there is a view tab in internet explorer that allows you increase the size of the font in your browser, if you use an online email program, and you can also use ctrl + to zoom in on browser pages.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!
