I assume your Samsung TV has Smart features. If that is the case, you may need to do the following..
Connect your TV to your wireless Internet. Using the remote goto Menu -> Networks -> Network Settings -> Wireless
Select your network from the list and enter passwords if required.
You can view the Network status option to see what you are connect to and the signal strength.
Press the Smart feature key (multicolored key in the middle of the remote.
Look for the Netflix icon near the top of the screen. It may take a short while to load so be patient.
Enter your Netflix login account or select the free month option.

I have the same issues, I tried everything from disconnecting the modem to resetting the TVs smart Hub, I also tried all Netflix recommendations and I am still having the same problems, please help if you have a solution
