yes, it will either show line cord error, or no line. After phone is charged plug line cord in and it should go away if not check line cord or try another known good cord.

I do not have this one but try reversing the plug. I assume other phones work.

same problem - almost impossible to have a clear conversation. Have changed filters/moved the base several times - all to no avail. Sorry I ever changed phones from my philips which worked fine. anyone have something new to suggest as a solution apart from dumping the BT system?????????????

Separate the negative and positive lines of the power cord and make sure each cord is covered separately and then re-plug to power source supply.
