Maybe weak battery, or damage inside from dropping or drink spilling on it. Or maybe just a button or buttons pushed that unset it's tv code settings. If it's programmable. Try removing battery for minute. Maybe it'll reset when you put back in. Assuming it does need setting for correct tv. Which is likely explained in manual.
If you are on cable, make sure you didn't inadvertently switch off the cable box or switch the TV to HDMI if you are not set up fo it, or unset the chanel 3 setting on the TV so that the cable box can make the chanel selections....Check the owner's nanual, please!
NO WAY,you have to have a remote to set/unset the system.(if you could, so could any tom,****.harry.)so you know, the key has ONE code,(constant)the car has two codes, one rolling and one constant)the remote searches for the rolling code and then disarms it,so that when you put the key in it starts.....then when you lock with the remote it reactivates a different code, simple but effective deterrant for thieves.....and other mitsi owners.
