I have installed a new blade in my circular saw R32021 and the blade stalls even before I begin to cut wood

by stalling do you mean that the blade stops spinning or the motor stops turning
if the blade stops spinning then the mounting bolt for the blade is not tight enough
if the motor stops spinning , junk it and get a new unit

Why doesn't blade spin?

Either the coupling from the motor with the fingers on it is not really attached to the motor shaft or the drive on the blade that engages with it is not attached to the blade shaft. One other thing is that on some models if the rubber jar seal between the beaker and the blade carrier is in the wrong place it can raise the blade drive to not engaging properly with the motor coupling. The gasket goes between the jar and the blade carrier, not under the blade carrier.

What would cause the PTO not to disengaged the blades from turning?

A faulty switch if the blades are spinning at full cutting speed
Not cutting the current to the engaged blade clutch so the blades are stil on even when the switch is in the off position.
The blade brakes not gripping the pulleys fully to stop blades so anything brushing against the blade will start them spinning
Or the clutch medium is damaged and is not releasing the blades fully so they spin but slowly when you switch the switch they just slow down get the deck alignment switch for clutch and the wireing to the blades system checked and the braking system for the blades pulleys checked as soon as possible the machine is dangerous
With the blade continuously rotating you risk injury from the blades catching.g you or someone else who's not aware the blades don't stop.etcetera.

Water coming in dishes not getting cleaned enough.possibly not coming out of the sprayer and spin blade

Look inside the spin blade and see if there is food or paper inside of the spin blade exit holes blocking it from spraying and spinning. Also if the spin blade is not aligned with nozzle which sprays water into the blade it will not work. I have had both happen several times. Sometimes dishes or pans pushing against the spray nozzle will also miss align the spray jet so the water does not get into the spin blade. I have also had the spin blade be completely worn and would not spin creating the same problem you've had so I had to replace it. Hope this helps.

Motor spins but blade doesn't

If there is a shaft sleeve available from Kitchen Aid you will need to replace that and most likely the chopping blade if there is any damage up inside it.

Blades on ninja blender won't spin, but motor seems to be working.

I don't have one, but inspect the shaft, it looks like there is a key on the shaft, then inspect the inside of the blade where it goes on top of the shaft, see if it looks like the shaft has spun out the blade and this is why it's not spinning.

Remove the blade and the container, then turn on and see if the shaft is spinning, it should be most are a direct drive.

So now if the shaft is spinning, that most likely means that the blade hole is broke where it sets on top of the shaft.

Look closely at the inside of the blade, you should see some type of damage like the groves are worn, I hate to see you buy one and it was the shaft that wore, but usually the blade will go first.

Blade revs fast, doesnt get up to speed before it binds and smokes.

Remove the belt and try to spin the blade. If it still acts that way, you need to replace the arbor bearings. If it spins easily and smoothly and has no play side to side, then the motor is the problem.

My S107g worked great for a week but then the top blade just stopped moving. The lower blade is spinning away and the top one sits there limp. What's going on?

well firstly you still have warranty on it, get them to replace it..

the blades are controlled by a motor and a gear system in the helicopter itself. The gear is broken or the motor is wedged in by the gear. or simply burnt out, You will need to open it to unwedge the gear and if it spins when you turn the gear, you need to replace the motor. Both blades use separate motors that's what allows it to trim (turn) when one set spins faster than the other, It goes straight when both blades spin at the same speed.

To remove the circular saw, which way do you turn the nut hold the blade on the saw?

For any saw blade or grinding wheel, the rule is this. Pushing against the points of the teeth should be the direction that tightens the nut. So you must loosen it in the same direction that the blade spins. For example, if your saw blade is on the right side of your saw, then the blade spins counterclockwise, and the wood pushes against blade clockwise - so you turn it counterclockwise to loosen it (which is in the same direction that the blade spins.). If the blade is on the left side of the saw, you loosen it clockwise. Good luck, Al K

Ariens 34 zoom blade binds at mid-height blade

Sounds like the mower deck is lower on one side. I am having the same problem with my older tractor mower.
