That model does not have brushes. You can see the parts diagram with this link.
Detail
The compressors do not like to operate with the plug without the pressure balance is addressed so that the engine freely without counterpressure can initiate change not only the oil but also the sludge from the oil reservoir over time and make sure you at the check valve cleans the tank. check the motor stator studs on the engine that they do not become loose look for a smooth run and do not use too long cable reels to tight power group

Thank you very much. I have replaced the condenser but it still does not get to full speed even with zero pressure. Any other suggestions what could be wrong?
Does it trip the circuit breaker or does it continue to run just at less then full speed?
After I have replaced the condenser, it worked for two cycles. it does not trip the main circuit breaker. The reset button kickd out after approx 6 turns.
I would empty the oil and remove the front cover (4 screws) then see if you can rotate the crankshaft/connecting rod assembly by hand. It should turn rather easily. If not then see if the rod is seized or partially seized to the crank. There are also 2 crank bearings that may have failed. The extra drag on the motor will cause the breaker (reset button) to pop. The reset is a 16 amp circuit breaker. What worries me is that you say it worked a few times once the capacitor was replaced. Whatever the main issue it may have also ruined the new capacitor (condenser) too.
Thanks, Brad. i will check everything as suggested at my earliest available opportunity. Your advice is valued.
The most piston-compressors do not like to operate with the powerplug without the pressure balance is addressed so that the engine freely without counterpressure can initiate on the pressostat-switch and release pressure after the top tankpressure and change not only the oil but also the sludge from the oil reservoir over time and make sure you at the check valve cleans thats on the the tank. check the motor stator studs on the engine that they do not become loose look for a smooth run and do not use too long cable reels to tight power group
