Brother Website should have the drivers and software for the printer. If it doesn't have the driver and software for Windows 7 then it is likely they have chosen not to support the interface. If this is the case you may need to try googling the driver and see if any bright sparks out there have made a driver to allow it to be used in Windows 7.

Please clean the drum unit or replace the drum

HI Nada,.. Don't know what exact problem you're experiencing with 2-sided scanning. But from what I've gathered on your machine, it may not be capable.

Please find the attached software guide for a range of multi-purpose machines, including yours. Page 41 leads into that function being available on the MFC-9560. Double there and on page 130 to see if anything helps in clearing up your problem.

I have a wifi printer and no cables. If you have cd prog, reload from begining then up date from website downloads or go straight to website and download latest update.

While unit is ready state, press the 3 and 9 buttons together. The reset menu should appear on the display then scroll down to drum and follow directions on screen. This will also let you reset the fuser, laser and paper feed kits.
