I had the same issue with my HDK-2000 base. After booting up, it shuts down. I found out it's because I have a 4K TV. I had to download an update from magic sing. The download included instructions on how to upload it to the base.

Where is the broken pin located? My suggestion is to buy another Mic. In my experience no matter how you fix it you'll end up getting another problem. Like a Buzz or the mic will start cutting out. Sometimes it'll effect the frequency.

I have a magicsing ET 14K, nearly 1500 Hindi songs are not playing when their respective numbers are pressed on the microphone. However balance 900 English songs are playing. What can be the problem

There may be a format issue with the material. If the English songs are in NTSC format and the Hindi are in PAL format, then depending upon what mode the Magicsing is in one group will play but other will not.
Here is a PDF file of the manual. See page 2-02 for info on how to shift from NTSC to PAL.

My magicsing ET9k don't have power to turn on the mic

Check AC adapter for proper operation. Input and output voltages should be stamped into the plastic shell of the adapter, with most having a 12 to 24 volt D.C. output. You'll need a volt meter for testing...a cheap purchase at Radio Shack and worth the money. Volt meters also check continuity of wires or cables, resistance and let you know how much life is left in your batteries.

My microphone don't turn on I don't know why I only use my mic two weeks and now don't wanna turn on, can you helpd me?

I believe your adapter is not working anymore, that is what happened to mine. I have the ED8000 model, but I found out that if you inserted 2 AA batteries works, the only thing it only last for 3 hours of singing then you have to change it again. That is the reason I'm looking online if I can only buy the adapter not the whole magicsing.

Magic (karaoke) mic sound delay problem when connected to HDTV

Ok..I found a workable solution. Essentially using my HDTV only for the lyrics(video output) and using a RCA to stereo mini plug cable to send the sound output to my amplifier that has a analog stereo input. Works like magic. No delay. It went from being unusable to WOW!
