Enter 'C4280' and do the search.
Click "Get Started" or "Product Information"
to find the correct ink-cartridges.

Print spooler is a program that runs in the background in your computer.

To start, stop or restart the program follow these steps:

1. Press start
2. Press run
3. Type in the run box: services.msc : click OK (without spaces or : marks)
4. press P a few times to find Print spooler from the listing

What is the status of the service? is it started? stoped? Disabled?

If the service is stoped right click on it and select Start.
If the service is disabled right click on it and select properties then change the start up mode to automatic, then click on start. Apply and OK

the service should be started and you should be able to print again.
