Power off the system gets off / dead as when as the engine of car started

Used your battery up just getting home. Now recharge the battery, and test the charging system- could be a bad alternator not charging the battery.

Normally, the alternator powers all the car's electrical needs when the engine is running. If the alternator fails, the battery will then be used to run the electrical needs until the battery is depleted, then the car will shut down. Dead, just like yours. No big deal, just find out why the charging system stopped.

have a compression test done to check for dead rings and cylinder scores , cracked head and blown head gasket
there is an engine protection system and it is a limp mode that reduces power to allow the car to be driven off the road and then stopped
unfortunately most drivers think that the engine light/temp gauge or serious loss of power is to be ignored and suffer the consequences of that action

The battery is either dead, or the battery voltage is too low to power up the lock solenoid in the steering column to release your key. Jump start it, and then go get your battery/charging system diagnosed!

well if any engine stalls, the CEL glows.
the CEL glows for the stall self tests. it glows telling you
the ECU is ok and has 12vdc power.
get the schematic for your car.
and find out why power is lost the EFI system. this is not the nebulas inertia switch,
what does SEEM mean.??? using a voltmeter works, looking and guessing not. use a voltmeter to find where power is lost.

now a random answer, 6 cylinder engine.
Fuse C8 or F3 blown.
engine, and ECM F3 powers the whole ECU.(PCM)
main relay output wires dead. red/blue wires. killing all spark and fuel.
fuse C10 kills he CEL lamp dead.
is uses a volt meter, (walfart for $10?)
and both sides of these fuses read 12vdc to ground.
if not fuse is blow or input to this box is bad.
the engine bay fuse box runs the whole cab box.
do the head lights work.
are there other things dead , not stated?

one of these fuses or relay is dead.
or the dash lamp fuse blew, yous said they were dead
you key on, the CEL glows power to the PCM is below right.
if the fuse is dead both sides you blew the eng.bay main fuse.

You have a malfunction in the charging system. You could have a dead cell if battery won't hold a charge. Need to have it tested. And if all electrical connections are tight, you could have a bad alternator-so get that tested as well. Does your battery light come on when engine is running?
The battery is not even used when the engine is running-all electrical power comes from the alternator. Only purpose of the battery is to start the engine, or run accessories when the engine is not running. Soon as engine is running, the alternator supplies all current.

it sounds like you have a charging system problem either the alternator or the computer has a problem with grounding the charging system.if the charging system was okay then while you were driving it would have been able to supply power without the battery going dead were as if it was the battery the car wouldn`t start.you can try to pull the code out the same way and see happens.

okay,think of it this way,you tried starting,engine turned slowly,no start.....then you charged battery,engine wont turn over(although accessories work)WHY WAS THE BATTERY DEAD TO START WITH.Try a jump start(another battery)if it starts then you know what im going to say.....
