RCA tv codes from the original RCA 3-in-1 universal remote.000,181,100,233,203,212,098,005,003 004,006.One of these codes program for the RCA universal remote will work.Sorry but to find the tv wright codes for the tv to work. The tv must be power on and working to find the tv wright codes to program in to turn the tv off to get the tv wright codes.Try website like Rmotes.com to buy the tv original remote, will not require tv on to used the tv original remote.
read the directions at the part where it says manually program, you have to do certian functions then push the channel up and down until tv responds then its programmed, this is actually finding the code as you go, instructions will explain it all because ech universal is just a little diff in its manual process.
Depending on what type of remote you get, you should be able to program it without needing the power button on your TV. The way most of them work, you type in a code on your remote and press power and if the code was the right one, your TV will turn on. If not you try a different code. I would recomend going with the Philips PM725S universal remote. You could find one for $10 online
