How do I set up caller id on my Partner 18D phone? We are paying for caller id for our phones however I do not know how to set it up on the phones. I don't have a manuel on how to do this. Help please

Just found this response, I was wondering is the "Remote Administration" this program? https://support.avaya.com/downloads/down... We have a very old 18D system, when our night service is running it passes through caller ID to the extensions however during normal hours the extensions dont get caller ID, so I am hoping i can figure out the issue.

Please press "Feature 59" on a display phone. That will tell us the release of the phone system. Your system may not be caller ID capable. The reason you are getting caller id on your cell, when the phones are forwarded is because you are paying for caller ID on your cell phone....and your cell phone is caller ID capable.

It should say "Calls" on your display. If not, the caller ID log is not set up.
