LG DLE5977W dryer displays Clean Filter and hums without turning drum when Start button is pushed

I would guess a broken drive belt. Just take top off and check. Two screws on back, pull top back about 2 inches, left off. Belt should be around drum. If belt is loose or gone, it's broken.

I have a Honda HRR2165VXA mower that is having issues with the smart drive.

hello, hello, Drive belt replacement for front drive mowers. remove the belt coved on top of deckand clean out grass, turn mower on side where carb is facing up,use a pair of vice grips on side of mower deck so the blade can stop, remove the blade, remove the belt cover and clean out the grass, remove belt from rear and front pulley pulleys. install new belt, put belt cover and blade back on,put front belt cover on, should work,if that is not the problem; wheels will not prepeal the mower, wheels turn only when raised off ground, Check the gears or groves on the inside of the wheel for access wear that is a common problem, check the axle drive gears to make sure turns ok, to check gear box if ok pull mower back wards while drive is engaged,if wheels turn backwards than the trams is bad,all of this is caused by the operator,by not disengaging drive while pulling mower backwards or by holding mower back not allowing to propel self completely, hope this helps, any comments welcome, thank you.

Need to replace belt and cannot figure how to take it apart to get at the belt --- Took Screws off on the bottom but could not get to the belt

You have already removed the screws so lift the brush cover off. Then grasp rotating floor brush at both ends and lift. Clean strings, hair and other debris from rotating brush, paying close attention to the brush ends. Clean the debris from motor pulley and drive belt areas.Grasp old drive belt and remove from motor pulley. Place new drive belt over motor pulley and stretch other end over rotating floor brush in the space between the bristles. Place the ends of the rotating floor brush down into slots on the sides. Turn the rotating floor brush by hand several times in the direction of motor pulley. If installed properly, drive belt will center itself on rotating brush. Reposition brush cover and screw back into place. I hope that this helps you!

Error C500.

PROBABLE CAUSES:

1. Insufficient airflow during idle causing internal machine temperature to rise. Toner is backing up or solidifying in the cleaning unit box for the transfer belt causing the transfer belt drive motor (M18) to bind.

Replace the Belt Cleaning Unit (p/n 65LA R702 00) and install attached Special Printer Control firmware (version 51-PBF0 for the 8050/CF5001 and version 12-PBF0 for the bizhub PRO C500). This firmware keeps M11 (Transfer Belt Cooling Fan) ON for a period after the copy process has completed which helps keep the internal temperature at normal levels. The firmware can also be download from the Konica Minolta Download Selector. Access the Selector from SSD Web Support (CS Expert Support) by clicking on 'Download MSDS, Drivers, Firmware and more'.

Note: Firmware version 51-PBF0 is primarily for the 8050, but can be used for the CF5001. When using the ISW tool to download the firmware please select the 8050 from the drop down. If the CF5001 is selected the ISW tool will not see the file.

2. The paper exit fans (M61/M62/M63) DIPswitch is not turned ON.

Set software DIPSW 21-0 = 1 to enable the paper exit fans.

3. Dirty or failed transfer belt drive motor encoder disk sensor assembly.

Clean the transfer belt drive motor encoder disk and sensors. Replace the assembly (p/n 65AA -909 1E) as necessary.

4. Failed M18 transfer belt drive motor.

Replace M18 transfer belt drive motor (p/n 26WA 8001 3).

My xbox disc drive keeps opening and closeing and wont let me play games

you will need to open this drive and clean the drive belt, or the tracks the tray use as they may be gummed up and dirty.
Open tray error is common, even more so on Samsung drives.

To fix this you usually really need to open your xbox360 so you can get to the disk drive so you can open it for a self-service. BUT first try to fix it with a laser cleaning kit, they don't cost much to purchase and you can get them from most electronic shops and also eBay.

If a cleaning kit did not work, then the problem may be your tracks, the disk spin head or the belt that moves the tray (drive belt).

Once you have your xbox360 opened (lots of good video guides on YouTube on how to open the xbox360) you will have to open your disk drive.

When its open, clean the left and right tracks, they can get gummed up with dust, and even tar if the unit is from a smokers home, when the tracks are dirty, it can stop the tray going in all the way then games don't play. Also if the spin head is dirty (the plate the disk sits on to spin the disk) then it does not grip the disk fully and thus does not spin at full speed, giving you read error. Finally the belt inside the drive can be removed and can be boiled in water for a minute or to, this cleans it and brings it back to its original shape, this helps the belt regain lost grip and can also fix this error your having, but belt problems are more for Samsung drives.

You should use rubbing alcohol to clean the internal components of your drive without causing any damage, you could even clean the laser yourself using a high quality kitchen roll sheet or micro fiber cloth, with rubbing alcohol and gently pass it over the lens to clean it. Once you have done all this, close everything back up and see if the problem is gone.

If your still having problems then chances are you need a new laser for your drive.

Carriage seems to stutter on the rails (which are clean) when moving from right to left. When it returns it makes a horrible noise. Also getting 86:01 error when trying to print.

check the carriage belt assembly. check the teeth on the motor that drives the belt assembly. you will see belt residue inside the printer. replace the belt and clean the motor drive teeth, this should resolve your issue.

Washer not agitating enough to clean clothes. Spins & drains, but no real cleaning to speak of. Belt problem?

You should check the belt tension and condition. You may have a bad agitator drive block. Reach inside and see if the agitator slipps in both directions. If it does and the belt is tight you have bad drive parts. Either the agitator or the drive block are most likely worn or broken.
