What tablet u r using? Sounds like u have battery problem. Check battery life by attach to same tablet if not removable I think it need to change the battery
Actually it might be the charger or even the cable. The problem with some tablets is tha battery is not "user serviceable". So, my advice is that before taking to repair your tablet, check the chager. Some chargers are quite standard, same as used by cell phones. No idea what kind of a charger does your unspecified tablet uses.
If you can replace it, ok. If no, check output at any service store; they have voltimeter to do it. If definiitively is the battery, verify the cost of replacing it. Some tablets are really cheap and to change a battery might cost you more then a new tablet.
Maybe the charger transformer has burned out. Check for voltage output on that, or try the car charger. Otherwise you need the battery replaced or more serious tech work done.
Once the internal connector of the tablet is broken (which is what you are describing), there is no hope but to find someone willing to replace or repair the connection. The device was not designed to be repaired and nobody has been specificly trained to do that repair except the fellow in China who works on the production line doing that exact task on production "fallouts". There may be an "old school" electronics technician somewhere who could do the job but very tough to find one. It will be cheaper and easier to buy a new tablet.
Make sure you're using the factory charger (most tablets require 2.1 amps, or 2100mA.) If that isn't the problem, you'll need to get someone to look at (or test) the battery.
If you see bulging, or smell burnt plastic, you'll need a professional to look at it.
There are several things to remember when purchasing an universal tablet charger. 1. Check to ensure that it is the proper voltage. 2.Always maksure that it is of the same amperage as the one sold for that tablet. and 3. Check to be sure that the polarity is what your tablet is set to. Not all universal chargers use the same polarity, some have a negative ground while others may have a positive ground. If there is any doubt, always consult customer service or customer technical service for the tablet that you are using.
If tablet keeps burning out charges it is due to the fact that an internal short in the tablet is making the charging unit exceed its parameters and allowing it to burn itself out. The issue is with the tablet, not the chargers.
