SOURCE: the water in my Bunn doesn't get hot enough to

It sounds like the tank heater has gone out-if you will call Customer Service with the model and date code, we will be able to either replace it if it is under 3 years old for no charge or if out of warranty, exchanged it for a new one at a reduced price.

Our bunn NHS Velocity was unplugged accidently. Now when we make coffee it is really luke warm and the light doesn't appear on

This is really a home style VPR brewer (but looks nicer)
if you listen to their video (link below) they mention it has a pre-heated tank of water already in the brewer. This means the brewer needs to be pre-filled with a full pot of water and pre-heated prior to using the brewer. Unplugging this unit won't be a problem UNLESS it was emptied of tank water and not refilled when powered up.
* The unit will try and heat up the tank of water but if empty then just air which overheats the unit then blows the thermal fuse. Call for service.
* The warmer is still working but it's not hot enough to brew frequently as the warmer may take up to an hour to get the tank hot enough to brew or it may not get hot at all if it's own thermal fuse blew too.
* Final; call for service to be safe.

* Water leaking while the brewer just sits there? Leak in the tank. Call for service.
* water leaks only while pouring? Then your pouring to fast. Wait for the water to drop before pouring in more. If it still leaks even while pouring slowly then there is a leak in the fill tray. Call for service.
* Final; call for service to be safe.

My bunn cwtf15 won't put out hot water from tap, and won't brew hot enough water even after adjusting thermostat?

your thermal fuse has blown. it's in what is now brown tubing and is located in the top right rear of the machine. remove the top lid, remove the trough drain nut and trough to get to it. you can either bypass it with a jumper, or call (800) 352-BUNN (2866)

Does no heat water hot enough

Thermostat adjustment is behind front panel (behind brew basket) on the left-hand side (usually) Work it up gradually otherwise you may risk boil over.

Water doesn't get hot enough. Can the heating elements be replaced?

you may be able to get the elements from repairclinic.com or shopjimmy.com or partstore.com

HEATING ELEMENT IS RURNED OUT

You can order a new heating element from the manufacture. But, the crimp connectors and the thermo-fuse may also have to be replaced. You will need the crimp tool for the crimp connectors. You will also need a meter to verify the connections.

If you take the unit to an appliance center they can service it for you. But, you may find the cost of the parts alone to not be feasible.

Are you leaving the machine plugged in all of the time? If not, you need to. The machine takes approximately 10 minutes to get to full temperature the first time then the water should stay hot from then on. Or it could be that you just need to turn up the thermostat. No, the water won't get hotter sitting on the burner and the coffee won't taste as good if the water you are brewing with isn't hot enough.

To get to the thermostat, unplug the machine and take the two screws on the top lid off. You should see a box that has a knob or a T sticking out of it. Turn it up a little bit, put the lid back on and let the heat up for a little while (10 - 15 minutes). Try brewing with just plain water. If it still isn't hot enough, repeat the steps above. Make sure you don't turn up the thermostat so much that the water boils.
