Question about Vizio E320i-A0 32 Class LED Smart TV

Why did my E3201-ao freeze while trying to load netflix now remote wont work?

I've replaced the remote and did all of the troubleshooting I can with ATT U-Verse. TV just froze up while trying to load Netflix and now the remote does nothing. Can't turn on or off, nothing please help

Hi,
Maybe too late for you but ATT just gave me a code that works with my Vizio plasma. Code is 1343. Even the mute works correctly. They gave me some others to try but I didn't need them. Other codes were 1018, 0030 and 0056.

Thanks for using FixYa. Please check the following—

1. Is Power board output +5V?
2. Is J1 (#19 in the right diagram)connector good?
3. Is DC-DC OK, check the voltage at J1 using a multimeter.
4. Is U4 (3.3V) working ok, U4 is an IC, you’ll need an IC tester or an oscilloscope to check this IC.

After checking this if it still doesn’t work then check P3 D-sub Input (on the D-board). See this schematic for details--
