Turn the printer off from behind, and by holding the feed button, turn it on, keeping it hold for 5 seconds, if the printer starts printing data, it means you have not properly set the driver or label software configuration.
Having the same problem here... very random... send a print job of labels and it will print the whole lot, or freeze at random points but always halfway through a label... no error message... unplug usb and replug doesnt do anything, but unplug and replug power and off it goes printing more lables but may even freeze again after only a few more have come out... also, every day the first print job of the day prints half the label and pauses for about 10 seconds then keeps going...
- Windows XP Pro SP3

- The labels are fed (let 3 labels go through)

Or
a message Transmissive is displayed.
Release he pause button.
Press on the pause button to feed 2 or 3 labels
Then select transmissive preprinted in the driver.

A constant red light usually means the printer is out of ribbon or labels. It may just not recognize the size of the label so try a manual calibration to set the size.
1. turn the printer off
2. press and hold down the FEED button while turning on the printer
3. Keep holding down on FEED until the led flashed once, then let go
4. The printer will do an auto-calibration on the label.
When it's done, pressing FEED should advance 1 label. It's then ready to go.
If you are using a ribbon remove it and perform a calibration, hold down feed key for 2 seconds as you power on, release key and wait for it to complete its calibration, when it has stopped shifting labels (wait for 10 secs to be sure) HIT THE FEED KEY to exit dump mode. If it has successfully calibrated it will feed a label each time you hit feed key. Re-install ribbon, make sure ribbon is pushed formly onto drive sprockets and then re-run the calibration..
If this does not fix problem. download firmware to latest version. This will automatically reset printer to factory default condition.
First thing you need to check power is coming to printer or not.
If power is coming check printer is feeding properly or not when you press feed button it should feed one blank label.
If it does not feed label then calibrate printer from driver or press feed button and switch on printer hold feed button for 2-3 seconds and leave it .It will calibrate and print test page.
try feeding just one label the 2 or 3.
if the printer feeds fine, check the format.
there is an unprintable area top and bottom of the label to reflect tolerances on the printer.
I usually like to keep the format 1/8" top and bottom spacing.
If you software, check that you do not have the printing too close to the edge.
Your printer is not sensing the gap between two labels. Please try calibrating the printer for the gap.
Switch ON the printer while holding FEED key down, on printer start feeding label realese the FEED Key.
Printer will stop feeding paper after printing SELF TEST, Once again press FEED key for 3 seconds. Printer will enter into normal Mode.

Clean the paper sensor located at the centre of the mechanism .
Switch ON the printer While holding Feed key down, Printer will enter into self test mode, it will stop after printing self test label.
To take out priter from HEX DUMP mode press feed key for 3 seconds. now printer is in Normal working mode.
Try feeding labels, only one label should advance at a time.
