How do i take out the sim card from my concord phone?

did you cut the sim yourself , if so you messed it up , what phone do you have, iphone ? the no sim means the phone does not see it , you have to make sure it is cut right to fit the sim holder look on youtube to see if you can fix it ,

As far as I know there are two possibilities to get this error message.One is poor signal of that respective network for which you just need to switch OFF and ON your mobile and the mobile will be able to receive the signal from near by tower.You may also get this error message when you are trying to insert a sim other than which the mobile is locked to.To solve this problem you need to unlock the phone from that particular network or use the same sim to which the mobile is locked to.To unlock your phone you can get unlock code from any vendors online like http://www.wickedunlock.com/supported-phones/rs5wp7/

i pretty sure it is software issue. my samsung S3 did the same thing. to get it to stop i updated the software (operating system). but before that i uninstalled operating system and went back to old operating system

Have you entered the wrong PIN code several times? Your SIM card will block itself and ask for your PUK code. You can find your PUK code in your SIM card wallet.
Don't have your SIM card wallet? If you've already signed up for My T-Mobile, you can easily access your PUK code online. Here's how.
Step 1) Sign up or log in to My T-Mobile
Step 2) Select Phone
Step 3) (If there's more than one mobile on your account, click on the mobile number you wish to find out the PUK for - if there's only one mobile on your account, go straight to step 4)
Step 4) Select Unblock SIM
Step 5) Click beside If your PIN code is locked
Step 6) Your PUK code will display. Enter this into your phone to unblock your SIM

Not possible. SIM card can hold only up to 250 names/numbers and 30 SMS. Nothing else.

Account holder needs to call the phone provider and ask for the PUK code. The PUK code is a code to unlock the SIM card, not the phone.

I just solved this problem on my son's phone. I removed the sim card and sd memory card. Then I had to do a factory reset. Press and hold the volume down and the power button until the picture of the android shows up. Then the menu button. This will open the recovery screen. Use the volume control to move up and down the screen and select the restore by pressing the home key. After I made sure it would turn on and stay on, I replaced sim and sd card.
