My virgin media sign in why do I always get sent to google?

Sounds like you could have some infections. Try downloading Malware bytes, and Combo Fix. These programs should help you to see if you need to clean up your PC. If you have windows 8.1 and can't use combo fix get C Cleaner. Just google these names and they will lead you to where you can download them. Use malware bytes before you use either of the other two.

Perhaps you only need to setup your account.
Be aware most email services are not allowing to keep your account open for ever and ever. They want you to shut down every day. Too many hack too many people lost important information.

Go to internet explorer, internet and type virgin media.com. go to the site and login

Dial 150 from your virgin media phone.

Call Virgin by dialing 150 on your virgin phone

Sign in Account Virgin Media

try and sign in using virgin media here

You would need to contact Virgin for an unlock code. The only other alternative would be to take the phone to a DM3 unlocking point for unlocking (search google for DM3)

I had the same problem so I moved the virgin media box to behind the LG TV. Problem solved as an infra red sent out by the TV on power up doesnt affect the digibox anymore.. ;0)
