Did you check the turn valve under the sink. It's kind of similar to a water hose spigot on the outside of a house. If it's off you'll have to turn it counter clockwise to allow for water to flow to the faucet head. Also check the pipes by the hot water heater and make sure the valve is opened. Just follow the pipes coming in and out of the heater to find them.

Who ever hooked the pipes up to the tap they put the cold pipe on the hot side of tap. Same the other side. You need to change the pipes to opposite side of tap.

Hi just read your posting.1st try turning the hot water tap off and see if the water continues to come into the tub.If the water continues to come into the tub then turn the cold tap off.If the water stops coming into the tub after the hot water tap is turned off then you need a hot water valve. If the water stops after the cold tap is turned off then the cold water valve is still faulty. Please reply on how you got on and I will help you further.Looking forward to your reply.

Goes back and forth from cold to hot even when rinsing

IF UNDER WARRANTY , CALL FOR FREE SERVICE.
IF HAPPY WITH COLD WASH AND RINCE, YOU CAN
CONNECT BOTH MACINE HOSES TO A Y FITTING.

CHOOSE A GOOD QUALITY 5/8 INCH BRASS Y GARDEN HOSE FITTING.
SHUT OFF BOTH HOT AND COLD WATER TAPS.

NOW IS THE TIME TO DISCONNECT BOTH MACINE
HOSE AND CLEAN ANY DIRT IN THEIR SCREENS
OR BUY NEW GOOD QUALITY HOSES. HOSES ARE AVAILABLE WITH AN ' ANGLED' END FOR USE IN TIGHT SPACES. ALWAYS USE NEW WASHERS.

CONNECT CLEANED OR NEW HOSES TO MACHINE.

CONNECT Y 's STRAIGHT INLET TO COLD WATER TAP. CONNECT BOTH MACHINE HOSES TO THE Y
OUTLET. BE CAREFUL NOT TO TWIST HOSES.
WHEN HOSES ARE ALMOST TIGHT, TURN THEM
IN THE FITTING SO THEY ARE OK WHEN FITTINGS ARE TIGHTENED.

TURN ON COLD WATER TAP. CHECK FOR LEAKS.

YOU MAY WISH TO CONNECT A HOSE TO THE HOT WATER TAP FOR FUTURE USE. I USE AN OLD SPARE WASHING MACHINE HOSE. I ALSO CUT A FEW
INCHES OFF OF IT, FOR A SMOOTH END.

No hot water pressure

There are heat sync balls in the nipples of your cold and hot water lines on your hot water tank. Cut the water lines and remove these balls as sometimes they come loose and float to the point where your water line connections to the tank are causing the pressure to drop when your tap is turned on

HOT WATER WON'T FILL TUB

most inlet water hoses have screens in them.  You could remove the hose from the back of the washer and see if there is water flow.   If there isn't, the hot water valve assembly is defective.  These are solenoid operated valves that admit water into the tub.  They can be accessed behind the washer after you remove the back.

Cold water tap not working, house heating not as strong.

Okay let's trouble shoot this problem. The Hot water issue may just be that your Temp. control is not set as high as it was before it was replaced. Find the control on the water heater and check the setting. You can adjust it hotter from there, but it is not recomended to set it all the way to HOT. Just increase it at small adjustments and see if the water gets hotter. The Cold Water Tap issue.....Turn off the Cold and Hot water supply lines to the faucet. Remove the Cold water tap. VERY SLOWLY TURN ON THE COLD WATER SUPPLY and see if you get water coming out of the line. If you get water, then your line is okay. Inspect the valve to see if there is any debris in or on it. Clean and reinstall both taps and turn back on the water. It should work. Now if you turn the water on SLOWLY when the Cold water tap is removed, and no water comes out, Then you know you have an issue with the line going to the cold water side. (Frozen Line, Debris in supply line valve, Broken or Leaking Water Line) I hope this assists you........Joe
