Hi Hello your problem to your cellphone is contact retailer, try to my advice yyou need to check you network thru wireless center or you need to reprogram your cellphone thru using software reprogram.you need to check up the service repair.thanks and god bless.
One of the reason why the signal drops is when the phone accidentally fell on the ground, some components like antenna might be dislocated or some parts might got lose contact, but in my case, before opening the phone,i tried to flash or reprogram the phone first using a gsm gadget(i am a cellphone technician that's why i have this tool),and well it is effective somehow. So it means it can be software problem or hardware problem in a way by dismantling the phone and check some parts like antenna and it's interface.
Possible that the NETWORK section in the phone has failed and so there is not transreception.
This seems more likely to be an harrdware issue and so it is best to seek help from Nokia.
In your phone there will be a inductor antenna which receives signal. The inductor might not function properly. Contact service persons for that. But before tat in settings - Network selection select manual and check if it shows any networks. If it shows then the area has limited or no coverage.
If your cellphone has no signal, then maybe there is no network coverage in your area or there is network problem being experienced in your place. Try to switch other sim to know that your cellphone is causing the problem or the network.
