Changed SIM card from Motorola RAZ to Samsung Impression

this is normally related to the sim card, i would normally recommend to take the sim card out, rub the contacts with an eraser to clean it off, and try putting it back in. if that does not work, i would recommend a sim card replacement.

Did you try to use anyother SIM card.Please try any other SIM card and check whether it is working.If it is working the problem is with the SIM card.If it is not working it its with the SIM card slot in the mobile.You need to service the mobile.

If its asking you for a puk code it means you locked your sim card out of that phone, you can call your service provider for puk code OR you can replace the sim card and you will be able to user your phone.
