Amp is clearly overheating. you are over-driving the amp. you can, cool the amp better, turn the volume down, and/or check the the speaker configuration you are using is appropriate for the amp you're using.

SOURCE: Power not running constantly through amplifier

You might check your ground cable for poor connection. If it is attached to the painted chassis of the automobile, the paint needs to be scraped off a little. Or go to a local audio shop or Walmart and buy a cheap capacitor. It is supposed to hold power in itself providing the amp constant power for just this reason.

SOURCE: no power up on ssl f2.200 car amplifier

Yes it does. You should be able to use the blue/white wire to turn it on if you are using an aftermarket radio.

Subwoofer is not playing

It is hard to say. The sub-woofer has its own amplifier, although it is supplied the sound data from the main amplifier. It could have a problem with the battery power circuit (Sub-Woofer Amplifier Connector Pin 6, LIGHT GREEN/VIOLET) or it could have a problem with the GROUND circuit (Pin 2, BLACK/LIGHT GREEN) Or it could possibly not be receiving the signal from the main amplifier (Pin 7, BROWN/ORANGE "+"), (Pin 8, RED/BLACK "-"). Or it could be that either the sub-woofer speaker is blown, or the sub-woofer amplifier is defective.
There is also a "High Audio Mute" circuit that connects between the main amplifier and the sub-woofer amplifier.

How should i run my Jensen A600HLX Amplifier if i am using it to power 2 10inch Rockford P1 Subwoofers?

U need to check the impedance of your woofers .If they are 4 ohm i would reccomend hooking them in series, which is the positive output of your amp will go to the positive of one woofer, the negative of that woofer goes to the positive of your other woofer and the negative goes to the negative output of the amp.If that amp is bridgeable this will give u a good bass and the impedance will be 8 ohm so your amp will run cool and stable

Thermal light goes away when ground added

Doesn't sound like anything is wrong. If the thermal light is on before you have the ground hooked up then the amp is probably getting a small amount of electrical ground from the shielding on the RCAs or its mounting to the chassis of the vehicle allowing the amp to "barely turn on" (not enough ground). I can imagine this would make the amp think something is wrong (ie: thermal light) . May I suggest that you do not try to turn any amplifier on without ALL appropriate wires connected correctly.

When I turn the power off on my amplifier my speakers make a loud noise

This often normal to get a pop as the power goes down. The amplifier goes out of balance as the power drops and it drives current into the speakers. This is a design problem and most amps don't even TRY to avoid it. Very large amps have relays that disconnect the speakers an instant before the power collapses to protect the speakers.

What ohm is your sub running at. Sounds like your runnig your amp to low an impedance causing it to thermally shut down, when it cools a bit it turns back on. Either that or you have wires crossed somewhere. Check your wiring and make sure the load of the speaker does not fall below the rcommended ohm of the amp. Usually 4ohms mono and 2ohms stereo

No LED power lights go on

the light with the power light(middle) is a blue/purple faint light try checking it out at night. The squiggy(as heat waves) will only light when the amps shuts down due to thermal protection(wait for it to cool). The bolt/yellow (short circuit) will light when there is an electrical overload in any of the wires(check +ve leads).
