sounds like your control panel or T'stat is bad.Master cool by Adobe Air is no longer available so control parts will not be available for your cooler. so you will have to put an aftermarket control on. a popular unit is called the Nth degree control pakage with thermostat by Pheonix mfg. they make the AeroCool evap cooler which is the same type cooler you have.

SOURCE: mastercool swamp cooler fan doesnt come on.

Are the relays perment on the board or are they seperate from the main board? If they are mounted to the board, you will need to replace the board. Sounds like you are getting a call to the relay but none leaving so this would indicate that you have a bad relay switch.

SOURCE: Frequent short cycles of the Mastercool swamp cooler

Short cycling can also occur in a thermally protected motor if it is overheating. If the other solution did not work, make sure the belt on the motor is not too tight or too loose. A handy person can check the amperage with an amp probe to make sure it is in limits. The adjust the pulley to put it into specs.

My Mastercool Trio System has experience a failure od the compressor fan. ACExperts, the installer and only dealer in El Paso has gone out business.

is this not a Evaporative cooler if so there is no compressor the only two motors one for the Fan and a Sump pump. and most you spend 200 for fan motor. this is swamp cooler!
