What do you mean "no start"?
Did you hear the starter-motor spin the engine?
If so, did it not ignite the fuel, and start the normal operation (pistons going up-and-down, crankshaft-turning, fuel being consumed)?
Or, did it not "catch" (spin the crankshaft, but no ignition of the fuel)?
Did you create an air-lock (air trapped inside the gasoline line that goes from the gas-tank to the fuel-injection system) ?
You may need to "bleed" all the air out of that line, so that fuel reaches the engine.
