Your discharge hose is forming a syphon You need to arange a solution to break the syphon effect without causing an external leak such as a "T" piece at the top of the discharge hose with a valve. Shuts off under pressure (when pump is opperating) but opens when under suction (trying to syphon)
Hi,
No you just need to get the drain hose up higher...the water is siphoning out and is either caused by the end of the drain hose still in water and not having an air gap or the hose is not going up higher then the top of your washer...
Lifting the hose up should give you an air gap and get the hose high enough to stop the siphoning...
Remove lower rear cover on washer, remove large black hose on bottom of drum, and check the filter inside hose, also remove hose onto pump, and check the pump.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.
you need to take the bottom cover off and see if it;s not the fill valve,, the water line goes into a little valve usually with hose clamps this would be the fill valve, sometimes they crack after a while and need to be replaces it has 2 wires going to it, unplug them take off the hose clamps remove it, get a new one and reinstall it,, but before taking it out look with a flash light and make sure it might just be a hose on the macine side of the fill valve that why it onloy leaks when finnling
It could be the valve or the fill sensor. You can Google the washing macine brand and it will give you a diagram of what parts the washing macine has and does Also try RepairClinic.com. .
OE means it has not fully drained with in 10 mins. You may have something in the drain. Open the little door on the front, ust the small hose to drain it first, then take out the button trap. If you don't see anything, you can also check your drain hoses and if you want tilt back the unit, support it with something and look in the bottom hose make sure you don't have a sock or something there.
