Same problem - text notification incorrect

How do i get a handler for my Lg rumor 2.

Log into your Sprint account on the web,

Click the "SMS Messaging" link in My Online Tools, then click the "Settings & Preferences" link in Text Messaging Options.

If that doesn't help, just call Sprint (or whoever your carrier is) customer service and they can turn off incoming SMS messages.

Call sprint tech support and have them walk you through resetting your picturemail token. This will require your lock code so you will need to be speaking with sprint. They will also check your picturemail account.

I had this issue too. Had to go into Missed Alerts in the menu and then dismissed the missed call alert - then the notification went away.

It's not possible.
It sucks. I wish it could be.

Sprint say's the list can not be deleted on the Lotus or the Rumor.

Go to messaging
send message
pic/video message
go down to recent list
check off the ones u want to delete
go to options in the bottom right corner
and then delete

go to settings try all and the problem will be there

this is definatly a device issue take it to a service and repair center to have the device tested if you have insurence they will replace it for no cost
