If you change ram or anything else internal apart from sim card or memory card you will void the phones warranty unless you get the work done by the phone manufacturer or their dealer. Not really worth the trouble or cost to my mind
When you insert a memory card into the phone, it combined both internal and external storage into one device. If you remove the memory card then you'll likely have to reformat the internal memory.
Looks like a garbage phone to me. From what I read it only has 162 MB internal memory available to the user.
I do not own nor have I ever used that particular handset. From what I read you can move apps to the micro SD card, but you likely cannot move system apps as with any other phone.
You should go through and move what you can to the memory card so you at least have enough room to download new apps, then also move them to the memory card.
The reviews on the phone are rather poor so you may just consider a new phone. Research them carefully before you purchase. I recommend you do your research at Phonescoop.com and read the "User Reviews" in addition to the overall specifications.
Hii, there are two ways to increase internal memory of samsung galaxy y duos s6102. either you move each and every app to your sd card or you can also use some software, which are out on Google store, specially meant for increasing internal memory. but according to me, you must use Link2SD app. I have personally used this app on Galaxy y duos and seriously it works good. However, you may also take help from this interesting article: http://www.androidnectar.com/how-to-increase-internal-memory-of-samsung-galaxy-y-duos-gt-s6102/
Hi i would suggest you delete some stuff or upgrade you memory.
According to the manual your phone supports upto 8GB of external memory though a microSD card, I'm guessing once you have inserted this into your phone , you will be able to change the location of where the data is stored.
You could also connect it to the pc and move some internal memory data to a folder on the PC just in case you need it in the future.
Hope this helps
Alan

Hello Sir,
This is a problem caused when the memory is full of files. First check that are the files stored in the Ext. Memory or in the Internal. Omnia has 16GB Int. Memory, so I expect that you have stored the files in the External Memory. Try to view that memory status of the phone and check how much space is available. If none, that's the problem. If I assume you have 2GB Ext. Memory, then it is full. To free some memory, move the existing files to phone's Internal memory. Then some space will be free for you to store more files. If you don't want to move, try to change the default storage option of the files to " Phone ". This will make the phone store all future files into the Internal Memory.
I hope you have got your solution.
Thank you Sir,
Have a nice day.
