Try this method. Set the date until it reads a couple of days in the past and then set the correct time. Of course do not touch your date or time settings between the hours of 9PM-1AM. Wait until the next day, then move the hour hand forward until you reach the current date with the correct time.

A correction from the last post, you don't need to do All RESET. Read the section right below that. You put the needle on CHR, pull out the dial and set calibrate the hands without resetting the whole thing.

Go to "citizen.com" and on the upper right there is a menu. Click on "technical support" and then on "setting instructions"

Fill in the information required from the back of your watch and then click on "get setting instructions"
