Question about Disney Televison & Video
If you have the remote for the Disney Princess TV, it should control the TV without any code entry. If you are attempting to control the TV with a universal remote, you will have to use its code search feature to find a suitable code that will control some or all of the TV functions. Remember that codes are stored in the remote; the TV does not transmit them.

Look on the back of the TV or in the back of the manual and you'll see the name of the company that manufactured and/or distributed the TV, or you may find a telephone number listed in the manual. You must contact the manufacturer to find a replacement remote for that TV. Universal remotes don't work because that set is actually made by a small company that doesn't communicate with universal remote makers.

My disney princess tv model P1310ATV uses code 759 with Echostar 6.2 and 6.3 remotes. This code is listed in the echostar manuals as a code for Hisense manufactured TV's.
