Savin 9940DP ''Set Key Counter''

Key counters are used when a copy machine is set up for public use where copies are charged on a per copy basis. Key counters look like small boxes that plug into the side of the machine and they have a counter on them that looks like a cars odometer. A user plugs in the key counter, makes copies and then takes the counter to a register to pay for the copies they made. Sounds like that is what you have going on.

When I press the shutter button the light flashes red and it beeps. On the screen it says Frame No. Full. What can I do to correct this problem

It should tell you in the manual(if you have 1)
If you review your current photo's it should read in the top right corner the number of frames used. If your camera says frame number full then the numbers in the top right should read 999.9999 and you need to reset the counter.
To reset press menu and scroll down to settings. select FORMAT and format the current card in your camera. This will wipe everything on your card so make sure you have saved them to your pc first!
After you have formatted your card go back to your settings menu and select FRAME and set this to RENEW. Now come out of the menus and take a picture. Review the picture and the counter in the top right corner should now read 100. 0001 your counter has now been reset. Now go back to the settings menu and select FRAME again and set it back to CONT (continuous). Note: The counter has been reset for the current picture card only. Other picture cards will display the previous counter readings saved on to that card and will need to be FORMATTED in the same way to reset to 100.0001
