All of my keys are functional xcept the third row only the t key works?
The keyboard itself is defective. The keys are "strung" together in groupings. The T just happens to be on another string then the top row.. To verify you can easly hook up an external keyboard and verify that it works. Once verified it all works then the problem itself will be in the keyboard. Replace the keyboard. You can easly find them online and are not that expensive or hard to replace.
Always try restoring keyboard defaults first in control panel > hardware. I've seen anti-virus software mess with key outputs.
Another option if your keyboard is becoming tardy is to open the on-screen keyboard. Click on start - all programs - accessories - ease of access
