first check all your push buttons on the TV to be sure none are jammed or sticking, then if that doesn't solve the problem you will need the PCB part# A91F0MPW-001

You might need to get this checked with the manfucaturer, looks like a malfunctioning remote control. Or you can just replace the remot and see if that helps.
A bad connection on the small signal board may be the problem! Have a Tech check this connection, it may be to tight due to the heat shrink tube. Have them peel it back to reduce the strain! Should work then!
