Error 5010 not plays

The 5010 error is an issue with the scanning bed. The only way to fix this is to replace the scanning unit on the printer. Check with Canon for a repair center nearest you.

After over three years of use, the error code 5010 appears in the window of my Canon MP600. What do I do? Thanks.

After 3 years of use the scan assembly is worn out. The scan assembly can be replaced in a shop. The cost will be nearly $200.00 though.
