Depends on the connections you have on both. Most MacBook Pros have a DVI connector on the side. If the IBM projector takes that sort of input, then all you need is that cable. If the IBM projector has a VGA input, then you'll need an adaptor from DVI to VGA. (VGA input is standard monitor looking connector.)
